BACATIA

In this game, you are a Space Cadet who has been assigned his first mission and you are quickly informed of one very bad news and one very good news

The bad news being that your sector is under attack and your ship hasn't been loaded with any ammunition for your defenses, but the good news is the invaders use a technology similar to the one that powers up your shields, meaning with the right piloting and reflexes you will be able to turn back their weapons against them. Fight Plasma with Plasma so to speak.

BACATIA is a Shoot Them Up in which the player starts with no ammo but can harvest them by using their shields.

The Player has two shields, one for Proton Projectiles and the other for Plasma Projectiles, they will have to adapt to stop the right projectile and collect the ammos to fight back against the ennemy ships and get the highest score possible.

Controls : 

Arrows : Move

Numpad 1 : Proton Shield

Numpad 2 : Plasma Shield

Mouse Left : Fire Proton 

Mouse Right : Fire Plasma

This Game was made during the GM48 Game Jam from 14/03 to 16/03 on my own.

The theme was "Equivalent Exhange"

For now you will only have access to the "Jam Build" which is the state the game was in before i applied all the feedback and added the content i had to cut to save up on time.

I will try my best to release the "Updated Version" as soon as i can !
